Modernizing Warehousing and Cold Chain Across Greater Kolkata

<p>Logistics infrastructure in West Bengal is undergoing a massive transformation with the commissioning of the Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor terminus near Dankuni.</p><p>To capitalize on this, manufacturers must pivot from legacy godowns to Grade-A automated fulfillment centers equipped with multi-temperature zones, solar-backed refrigeration, and automated inventory telematics.</p><p>We are currently establishing 150,000 sq.ft of Grade-A warehousing in Howrah and invite consumer product and agro-industrial peers to explore collaborative hub-and-spoke leasing models.</p>
